Sisson Regional Properties

Geodex is actively exploring for granite-related tungsten-molybdenum-tin-antimony deposits within the large metallogenic belt in central New Brunswick which hosts the Sisson deposit. This belt includes the formerly-producing Lake George antimony and Burnt Hill tungsten mines. Further discoveries of tungsten and/or molybdenum deposits of even modest tonnages, but within trucking distance of an operating mine at Sisson, would be especially significant.

Much of the area saw exploration for Bathurst-type copper-zinc deposits, tungsten-tin-molybdenum and uranium in the 1960s -- 1980s. But because most of this prospective belt is covered by extensive, but relatively thin, glacial deposits (as at Sisson), Geodex considers that excellent potential is present in this region.

Nashwaak

The Nashwaak property is located in west-central New Brunswick approximately 12 kilometres west of the Company's Sisson project. Geodex can earn a 90% interest in the property through an option agreement with two Brunswick prospectors. The claims were acquired as they: 1) cover multi-element government stream sediment and till anomalies in an area with no known mineral showing; and, 2) cover the contact zone of the Nashwaak Granite pluton -- thus the property has same geological setting as at the Sisson tungsten-molybdenum deposit.

Exploration Results

Initial work involved prospecting and geochemical sampling to verify and better define the regional government sampling results. Geodex's work identified a tungsten soil anomaly of approximately 1.5 km by 0.5 km close to the western contact of the Nashwaak Granite pluton. Tungsten (scheelite)-bearing float boulders were also discovered in various areas within the area of the soil anomaly.

In 2009, Geodex drilled four holes for a total of 450 metres to test the soil anomaly-. The holes were drilled in a crude fence across the anomaly. The two central holes of the fence intersected narrow scheelite-bearing quartz veins in altered granite. The significant tungsten assay values from these holes are given below.

Nashwaak represents a new tungsten discovery in an area with no other reported mineral occurrences. As this area is covered by an extensive, but relatively thin cover of glacial sediments, there is good potential for further discoveries on the property.

In 2011, Geodex continued with a modest program of geochemical sampling and prospecting on the claims Additional soil anomalies of tungsten were outlined and more tungsten (scheelite-bearing float) was found by prospectors. These areas will be further evaluated in 2012.

Turnbull Mountain

The Turnbull Mountain property adjoins the northeastern corner of the Sisson claim block and was staked to cover a large molybdenum soil anomaly outlined during 1970s' exploration. The glacial dispersion trends in this area are very complex but the regional ice-movement directions suggest the source of the anomaly could be near the contact of the same granitic batholith which hosts the Sisson deposit.

Geodex's has done limited surficial geological studies involving overburden sampling and backhoe pitting. Two holes drilled in 2008 did not intersect molybdenum mineralization to explain the soil anomaly and thus further exploration is needed to discover the source of the anomaly
